I recently attempted to overclock my Ryzen 2600x using PBO + XFR with bclk at 103 and ram at 3333 cl18(3430 with de bclk). Running Prime95 blender for 3 hours and AIDA64 with CPU, FPU, memory, and cache for 7 hours without any crashes. Can I say my overclock is stable?

I would run a relatively fast 95 small FFT for 7 hours.
However, I wouldn't increase the BCLK because it affects the speed of all other devices.

Double-triple plus to that. It's particularly risky when using BCLK while installing a M.2 PCIe NVME drive, as it may render the drive permanently inaccessible... effectively bricked. However, if you're compelled, a full system stress test is likely the most suitable approach for this kind of OC. Proceed with RealBench for 7 to 10 hours. It places moderate strain on the processor (Prime95's FFTs will manage that), but it also impacts memory and drives. The GPU with OpenCL processing adds extra pressure on PCIe connections.

I understand staying off BCLK overclocking isn't very helpful. It's better to focus on pure multiplier overclocking instead.
I agree with drea, running RealBench could put extra strain on other system parts.
I recommend:
Prime 95 Blend for 8 hours
ROG RealBench for 8 hours
