It varies based on your spending range, and it should be noticeably more powerful than the H110. A Z270 chipset would be ideal.

Start by resetting the CMOS. Deleting components or moving RAM slots can cause the motherboard to consider the system faulty, so a reset will force it to verify all hardware. Please let us know whether it boots up.
