Check before you say yes, buying new PSU for me—I don’t live in the USA, and PC parts are really cheap. A new Evga Bronze 400W is only 70 dollars.
Also, can I overclock my Corsair Vx450 to 1200 to 1.3V and reach around 3.7GHz? No issues with this PSU, thanks.

If it's in good condition, overclocking only slightly increases power needs.

I haven't tried overclocking before, but it's functioning properly today. I don't have funds for a new PSU. The prices are really steep these days, especially in my country.

Not having the build specifications like video card makes it hard to respond properly. Power-hungry cards such as RTX and GTX will consume a lot of energy: the GTX 770 uses 225 watts, the GTX 970 uses 145 watts, and my RTX 2070 Super draws 215 watts.
