I own a Corsair CV450 Power Supply and I’m beginning to think it might be failing.
My previous GTS 450 GPU’s resistor caught fire, but the PC runs normally without that GPU.
Then my motherboard RAM slots stopped functioning; out of four, two failed.
Now the exhaust fan won’t spin, and it has a 4-pin connection to the motherboard.
I purchased a Digital Power Supply Tester and everything checked out, so what caused the GPU, RAM slot, and exhaust fan to stop working?
I’m still using the same PSU, but now I have a GT 710 installed, and it’s all working.
Should I be concerned?

It seems you're questioning whether the memory slots are compatible with the GT710 and inquiring about the motherboard's brand and model.
