I changed my 60hz monitor to a 144hz one, but after that my PC began freezing unexpectedly, freezing on an image and failing to respond, which required several reboots. Later it stopped showing any images at all but the system is still powering on all components like lights, fans, keyboard, and mouse. Could you assist me? I've already tried clearing the CMOS, using an old monitor, and verified the cables are connected properly.

I have an i5 7th generation processor, Vengeance Pro 3200MHz, 16GB RAM, H310M.2, GTX1650 4GB, and a 500W bronze cooler.

Sure, I'll attempt to use that graphics card on another computer to identify the issue.
