Is your motherboard the problem?
I believe the problem lies with my motherboard. I realized my RAM isn't reaching the advertised speed, and I tried to resolve it but faced difficulties. Here are my PC specifications for your reference:
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max Motherboard (Bios fully updated)
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz (2 sticks) (In slots DIMMA2 and DIMMB2)
Ryzen 5 3600
GeForce RTX 3070 Founders Edition
Windows 11
My PC frequently experiences blue screens and crashes, even though the RAM is set to 3200 MHz in BIOS. After enabling A-XMP and testing both profiles, I found that setting the RAM to 3200 MHz still doesn't prevent crashes. My motherboard claims support for 3200 MHz or higher and should work with my RAM, yet it fails to run smoothly at that speed. Could there be a better solution or a specific component I should replace to fix this and get the system stable at 3200 MHz?

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? If you flashed the BIOS recently, did you clear the CMOS after verifying that the BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest?
