Is your HP laptop freezing or not responding?
Laptop model:
HP Envy x360 15m-es1023dx
This is a 1 year old laptop and shortly after getting it it started locking up like the pictures show below, only way to fix it is to hard power off the laptop. I have re installed it 2x and reverted down to windows 10 and windows 10 works flawlessly. I would stay on windows 10 but I bought this laptop for the ability to fold it and have the screen rotate etc. On windows 10, it is not compatible for some odd reason. Any recommendations appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
I've reinstalled it twice and switched back to Windows 10, which works perfectly.
How did you get onto Windows 11? If you're upgrading via the internal path, please stop and create a bootable installer for Windows 11 using Windows Media Creation Tools.
Before reinstalling, make sure your BIOS is updated and gather all required drivers for your laptop—keep them on a pen drive. Install the OS offline so it doesn't download unnecessary drivers. After the installation finishes, run all drivers in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The package includes Windows 11, and an image can be found at the provided link.
I did exactly what you instructed, and the issue persisted. I located a flag in the reliability center; here is the link:

I wasn't able to locate any information about it on Google.
Please export and upload your System and Application logs.
Type 'eventvwr' into the Run command box; the Event Viewer will appear.
Find the Windows Logs folder in the left pane and click the arrow (>) next to it to expand.
Right-click the Application entry and pick 'Save all events as...'. Pick a folder and name it 'Appxerxi3' (an .evtx will be added).
Click the System entry and choose 'Save all events as...'. Select a folder and name it 'Sysxerxi3' (an .evtx will be added).
Upload the files to a cloud service with a public link.
Run the command msinfo32, click OK.
Open the window, go to File > Save, and use a name like 'xerxi3' (add an .nfo extension).
Upload the xerxi3.nfo file to the cloud with a link.
