I'm checking if your CPU is limiting your GPU performance. You have an Intel i7-6950X with 4.4GHz, 32GB DDR4, quad channel, and RTX 3070 running at 3200MHz. The game resolution is 3840x1080 in Samsung Ultra Wide. Decide if a CPU upgrade is necessary based on your needs.

If you're satisfied with your frame rates, everything is okay. The rest relies on the game or settings. In my opinion, wait until you upgrade your graphics card.

The basic speed of that CPU isn't impressive, yet using a 3070 at 4K might not deliver smooth 60fps in modern games. So perhaps it's worth considering... Who cares if your frame rate meets your expectations?
