GPU:
RTX 3080 Ventus 10G
Could you confirm if your GPU has been refurbished? It seems the device stopped working after a year.
I just want to check if someone has already replaced the GPU chip here

The clear issue I need to address is where you purchased it?

Those images are related to the picture you opened. Based on the MSI warranty policy, you might have canceled your warranty by doing that.

Any changes, modifications, or repairs made to the product by unauthorized third parties could void your warranty.

You can still attempt a return or exchange, but this depends on where you purchased it. If you received it new from an authorized seller (with proof on your invoice), the 3-year warranty begins on the purchase date. If you bought it from platforms like eBay, proving it wasn't refurbished is difficult, and the warranty likely starts from the time the card was made. For a 3080 model, this could be more than three years ago.

I purchased it from a nearby shop, where many GPUs were listed as "New". This particular GPU hasn't even been refurbished—two VRAM sticks and flash memory were replaced. Unfortunately, it's no longer covered by warranty, so I'll need to buy a replacement.
