Hey there, so I'm struggling with Dota 2 and can't get connected to any servers. Checked the regions, but my ping to both US servers is way over 100ms—usually around 12ms elsewhere. Should I tweak anything to fix the network issue?

In my view, US West refers to Chicago, located within 100 miles of your area where you receive strong responses. The ISP’s support isn’t helpful, so contacting them won’t work. Can you help me figure out how to ping the server I’m not sure about?

I managed to secure a game and it felt smooth enough; the ping was reasonable, and the test showed around 78 milliseconds.
