Pc Dram - Gskill 8GB x2, 2133mhz CPU - intel core i5-6600k @ 3.50ghz GPU 0 - intel HD Graphics 530 GPU 1 - AMD Radeon R9 390 series Sata6g_1 - hitachi hua7220 2TB MB - z170 pro gaming /Bios ver. 3016 x64 PS - 120-g1-0650 EVGA supernova 650G CPU cooler - Hyper H412R Compact I. I need to understand what upgrades would boost performance without breaking the bank, and whether I can repurpose existing components. I’m just starting out and bought this for $400 flat with a faulty keyboard, mouse, and LED mousepad a year ago. I set it up recently and noticed CPU bottlenecks during CS2 & R6 Siege. I plan to stream 1080p soon after upgrading and want smooth 160+ frames on medium/High settings.

I intend to preserve them and move them to another place. My budget isn’t fully set yet since I’m seeking work right now, but I wouldn’t exceed 6 to 800 dollars unless I can sell the PC for something valuable. This could include a bundle with a mouse priced between 15 to 20 dollars, a keyboard for 6 to 10 dollars, and a mouse pad for 20 to 50 dollars. The hub costs around 10 to 15 dollars, and the USB 3 port hub is 20 to 50 dollars. Two fans aren’t functioning, but I’d try fixing them before selling.

You might want to combine new and used items for optimal savings. Retain your existing hard drive for extra space, and consider transferring some to a compact SSD. I’d check Facebook marketplace or Jawa to see what you could obtain at a lower cost. With the availability of 50-series models, many people are likely selling older 40-series units at reduced prices.

I’m planning to create an NZXT H1 V2 case build from scratch. This is my first time assembling one, so I’ll need to follow the guides carefully. The specs I have are: PSU, cooler, ASUS ROG Strix B650, i5 13400F, rx 6800 XT GPU, DDR5 16GB, and a 2TB SSD. I’m aiming for a build cost between $1000 and $1100, depending on forum feedback. I’m hoping the final price will be around that range once everything fits together smoothly for gaming.
