I stopped overlocking my i7 9700k because it was too hot, so I hit enter in the BIOS to clear everything. But now the temps are still very high. Even though Core Temp says the speed goes all over the place from 4634MHz down to 3000MHz and shows up in Task Manager, I really just want to reset my CPU back to factory settings. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks!

hit the settings menu, find the option called multi-core boost, and switch it off.

Hey, I really need help locating a specific setting because it's not showing up where I expected. I'm currently running an MSI motherboard with the name MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC MoBo. The only thing that looks alike is Intel Turbo Boost. Do you have any suggestions?
