After researching the current value of my PC, I believe selling the GPU, CPU, and motherboard would be the best option. I plan to retain the RAM, 240GB SSD, 1TB HDD, power supply, and case. Then I’ll purchase a R7 5800X, a CPU cooler, another motherboard, NVMe storage, and an RTX 4070 because I dislike AMD software and need it for 3D modeling and animation.

A significantly improved cooler at a lower price. The rest appears satisfactory. I wouldn't purchase a new AM4 just to retain the most affordable RAM, which is clearly the best choice.
