Hello, I managed to use my PC for a week after upgrading its GPU from an RX 570 4GB (Gigabyte 1280MHz) to an RX 570 8GB (MSI Armor OC Mk. I). Following that period, the system began behaving oddly, displaying issues such as screen flickering, multiple beeping sounds, and various artifacts appearing on the display.
I attempted several solutions: reinstalling the GPU driver multiple times, connecting to different power outlets, removing the GPU to use the integrated graphics, and changing cables like the power cable or HDMI. I also checked the voltage levels using software, which showed values within the acceptable range. Each RAM stick was tested individually in each slot, confirming that all RAMs were functioning properly.
The 5 beeping sounds were noted, but the keyboard lights (print screen and scroll lock) remained responsive. When testing with an iGPU only, I observed hyper X displays with red artifacts in Slot 1, and V-Color displays in Slots 1 and 2. The display would freeze when launching games or watching videos.
Currently, the issue persists while using the integrated graphics. The displayed screen is clear sometimes, but performance drops significantly during gameplay or video playback.
What might be causing this?

The 5-year-old PSU seems like a likely suspect. It might have been functioning well before but is now starting to struggle and fail because of the new GPU. It appears unable to consistently meet the GPU's power needs. Check the Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and events logged around the time issues started. Reviewing these can help identify patterns, especially if they appear after the upgrade. Consider replacing it with another known working PSU of higher wattage—starting at 800 watts. Use only the power cables that came with the new PSU. See if the problems lessen or disappear completely.
I just purchased a brand new PSU, the Cooler Master MWE 650W V3, but the issue keeps happening.

While attempting to troubleshoot and adjust settings in UEFI, I turned off several features: CPU C3 State, CPU C6/C7 State, Enhanced Halt (C1E), Intel Turbo Boost Technology. To verify the issue, I played ROBLOX at startup and observed a blue screen of death.
Need to observe more than a single event....
Capture some screenshots displaying the Days/Week timeline in Reliability History.
Pick dates with several entries and any kind of errors.
Did the issues start after you made the configuration changes....?
Revert the changes to the original settings/values.
