I feel the game becomes monotonous in certain areas. It feels like you're stuck playing a repetitive routine for hours. I’m too lazy to keep going past that point. For instance, tasks like "Find me some moldy concrete" or "Bring me a welder" come up, but they’re often already taken by others, making them feel like basic requests. The notes section is confusing and the entire experience stays confined to one small room for long stretches. Between missions it keeps looping over the same scenes. It seems this was added mainly to extend playtime. From my perspective, the visual quality is really poor. On ultra settings it runs around 55 fps at 1080p, but it looks like a much older COD version with all the cinematic effects gone. I put it on hold until I got my triple monitor, only to be let down by how poorly optimized it actually is.
The present steam rate has dropped to its smallest level ever: http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/in...inneworder I found it interesting to see people playing it.
I’ve never played it, but I got it on a discount right away.
Yes, it's one of the better shooters of the recent years. I think there's a scene where you stab a nazi in the back then drown him in his own piss, what else do you want goddammit. For some seriousness, it has the positive qualities of older shooters while still keeping up with the times.
Best single player shooter in many years. Definitely worth it. Good gameplay, good gun mechanics, optional stealth elements, good characters, engaging and beautifully OTT story. It's a great adventure trip and you get to traverse a lot of interesting locales.
