I joined the digital storm steam giveaway. Someone mentioned tremor games, which seems to offer free Steam codes for downloads. Is that a scam?

I received games from there, but you get coins by playing flash games or completing tasks. Later, you use those coins to purchase Steam games. It works for me—feel free to ask if you have questions.

It's safe, but some programs you install aren't. I suggest using phone apps to provide games; once you have the app, you can do whatever you like. EDIT: If you think it's free, they earn money from ads and use it to cover costs, but they also sometimes purchase items through Humble Bundle. During sales, they offer discounted prices.
