You're checking if your setup fits the recommended specs for a Tmx/Tmx Pro wheel. The page you linked lists minimum requirements, not just the absolute ones. It seems the Tmx isn't listed there possibly because it's optional or not included in that section.

It functions in that game, though alternatives exist for PC. Tmx lacks a clutch pedal if that’s important. Edit: originally thought about the standard tmx wheel.

Currently there are two pedal options available, but I can purchase a clutch pedal set anytime. Thanks for letting me know. Would T150s be compatible? It looks a bit plain with the blue finish.
