Checking if this won’t cause my CPU to overheat is important. It’s currently running smoothly with temperatures staying under 45°C, but I’d like to confirm this with the experts.

I would slightly reduce the overclock to allow for lower voltage. Excessive settings can greatly reduce the lifespan of your processor. Aiming for around 1.5 should work well. Your temperatures are still normal.

Try that overclock with lower voltage. 1.56 is a little high. The over clock is fine but consider lowering the voltage to 1.5 or lower if you can get it there. You should be able to get around 1.4 on the 8350.

I had a bad draw in the chip lottery. I worry that 1.56 is my best I could get, and if it drops even a little, I might lose in P95. Is this a big problem?

I would slightly reduce the overclock to achieve lower voltage. Excessive settings can greatly reduce the lifespan of your processor. Aiming for around 1.5 should work well. Your temperatures remain acceptable.
