COUGAR is a house brand from HEC/Compucase with some really good options. The STE line doesn't stand out, it's on the lower side of mediocre. The 34A (408w) rated for 12v rail isn't great, even for a regulated unit, while the Seasonic 520w can handle 40A (480w).
