I purchased this PC for buying it. It has an i7 vPro processor at 3770 with a 3.90 GHz, 16GB RAM, a 120GB SSD and a 500GB HDD, a 4GB GPU from MSI 1050 ti Low Profile, running Windows 10 Pro. I mainly use it for playing CSGO and browsing. Will this machine provide around 120-200 fps on medium settings? Also, the offer of $396 seems reasonable or could I find a better one?

This is basically a system from about eight years ago.
Is this "new" or used?
Checking if the source is verified and the legitimacy of the Win 10 Pro.

It looks like the system has been refurbished, though I'm not sure about the other parts. The Win 10 Pro seems genuine.
