Yes, it's generally safe to overclock your ASUS H110M-K board to 2267 MHz if the BIOS supports it.

It's fine. For 2267MHz at least. If that's a typo meant the more typical 2666/2667MHz, things change. The outcome depends on the RAM whether it can actually hit that speed and stay consistent. As long as you're not exceeding over 1.4v, you should be okay.
