Whenever I set up Windows 10, starting and shutting it down feels very slow—it can take around seven minutes. In contrast, Windows 7 boots in just 2 to 4 minutes.
Your hard drive seems to be from around 1992. Just two minutes of usage is quite slow. A solid-state drive would run your PC in about 15 seconds.
