Hello. I checked Steam and then activated my VPN. The prices didn’t match—just the same number but in dollars instead of euros. So I’m wondering if this is typical or if there’s a tax involved.

The VPN server you're linked to could be located in the US or Canada, accounting for the pricing in dollars rather than euros.

If you're looking for very low prices, consider connecting to Argentina to check out some deals, particularly on less expensive games.

Games are restricted by region on Steam. If Valve detects you purchasing from a different region and playing those titles, your account may be banned.
