The first time I increased my CPU's speed was with an i7 9700k, reaching 5ghz at 1.280 voltage. I tested it under stress using Cinebench R15 and R20, and have been using that setting for months without any problems. Games like Star Citizen, which can be demanding on the CPU, have worked well. Would this be considered excellent? I haven't tried higher speeds or lower voltages yet.
