I know the 6800h has some thermal paste inside, but is it okay for me to swap it out in a couple of years just like when my laptop needs more cooling? Should I pour liquid metal over the 12700h instead of regular paste even though only that one model gets that extra stuff?

Hey there, thinking about things in general, I think it's safer to avoid liquid metal when you have a laptop. I heard someone recently told me that but I'm not sure if they were right. All I care about is no leaks coming out of the sink. That could cause problems. A really good paste for laptops is Noctua NT-H2 (NT H1). I get great results on my HP Omen 15 with it.
