I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z-890 PLUS WIFI with INTEL CORE ULTRA 7 265KF, and I've updated to the latest BIOS version 1404. Despite this, I'm still experiencing random crashes in Windows 11 (almost from day one). The screen freezes while the PC functions normally behind the scenes. I've tried enabling or disabling the resize BAR, but the issue persists. After two clean installations of Windows 11, the problem continues. Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
We're going to need more info. When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.
I have updated to the latest BIOS version 1404
Did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was flashed to version 1404?
2 times clean instalattion of windows 11 but the problem remains
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode?
Moved thread from Motherboards section to Systems section.

I’m facing a comparable problem and am reaching out for assistance.
My PC becomes unresponsive during restart, often looping into a freeze at the ASUS TUF Gaming logo with a spinning loading wheel that eventually halts. After reboot, it may enter repair mode or fail to start altogether.

What I’ve Attempted:
- Checked CPU, GPU, PSU, and RAM
- RAM compatibility tests:
* Supported by ASUS but conflicting with other sources
* Used G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 6400MHz (F5-6400J3239G32GX2-TZ5RK)
* Also tried F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5RS, which was listed compatible but issue continued
- BIOS update, Windows reinstall, swapped PSU, GPU, and various RAM sticks—still no success

Troubleshooting steps:
- Updated BIOS
- Reinstalled Windows
- Switched PSU, GPU, and tested different RAM modules

Details:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI
CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 6400MHz (2x32GB) CL32
GPU: ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER OC Edition (intended upgrade from temporary GPU)
PSU: Corsair HX1200i 1200W

Anyone else encountered this or have advice to try? Your support would be invaluable!
