Hello, I am planning to buy some fast performing Windows 11 laptop (NOT for gaming though). Costco has deal on Nov 28th for 599.99 for below laptop. Is it worth it? I am not sure of Core 7 processor (and it is not Core i7 processor).

Intel Core 7 150U is an updated version of Raptor Lake-U, serving as a successor to the Core i7 1365U. Both models offer up to 55 watts of power consumption and feature 2 processing cores plus 8 threads. There will likely be many Black Friday offers, making it a good time to wait and evaluate.
