Does running your computer faster than what the CPU can handle hurt the board? If you have a part set for 4300 megahertz but it works fine at higher speeds, is that okay?

I don't think Intel CPUs worry too much about how fast your RAM runs. But AMD processors do care more. Do you use an XMP setting? And if it's working fine, everything should be okay.
