Well, first, excuse my english, I'm from Brazil, so u know, learn another language is hard. Second, I'm really new to Overclock, this is actually my first contact with it. So I'm not sure if what I'm doing right now can demage my gtx 760 or not.
With the help of foruns and some videos I started to do it using the Benchmark Valley to test the temperatures, etc.
The far I could go with it is on the pictures below.
But well, my question is, do u guys think the overclock I did is safe ? I mean, I did a little bump on the voltage to +12 (I heard that the gtx 760 is locked to this "maximum). And now I'm just trying to let it stable, but before I let it as my daily overclock I would like to ask you guys if you guys think it's safe. (I hope the information on the pictures are enought, if u guys need more just ask)
If you guys have any tips about overclock for me I would accept
😀
My specs are:
GPU: GTX 760 Zotac Founders Edition 2gb
RAM: Kingston hyperx 8gb 2x4 ddr3, 1600mhz
AMd 8350 (stock clocks) with a evo 212
Cooler Master GX2 750w 80 plus bronze
Gigabyte 990fx-gaming

Because of the PCB layout, safe voltage limits on the GPU can't be reached without soldering in the VRM area. My 760 worked for three years before I boosted it to 1320mhz and it remained stable for over a year. The maximum safe temperature is 85°C, which it will naturally reduce to. You've got a solid fan curve configured there. That's a solid overclock, but keep an eye on your temps. The reference cooler is sufficient. If you're serious about pushing this 760 further, check out "kepler bios modding" or "vbios modding".
