Hello everyone! I just bought a new computer build, and here are all my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D, ASUS ROG STRIX 650E-F, GeForce RTX 5070 TI OC, Phanteks Eclipse P400A, Corsair Vengeance 5200Mhz 32GB RAM, Be quiet! Pure power 1000W PSU, and a Corsair ICUE H150I Elite RGB. Everything is connected properly, but when I turn it on, only the pump sounds like it's running. The Corsair fans are spinning very slowly, and the Phanteks fan in the case is not moving at all. If I disconnect the USB-C cable from the pump, the front fans start speeding up, but the Phanteks fan still won't move. There is also no video coming out of my monitor. I tried reseating the RAM, yet nothing changed. Could this be the problem? Help is very much appreciated! I tried plugging the monitor cable directly into the GPU as well as using integrated graphics, but there is still nothing working.

Welcome to our forums, new guy! Hello everyone! I just got a brand new build. Did you put it all together? Was the BIOS upgraded to the newest version right out of the box? If not, the B650 chip won't work with your 9800X3D processor until you update it. You can follow this guide: View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frQApIktgyM to do that flash job. The board might look different but the main idea stays the same.
