Searching for R7 4700 on Shopee didn't yield any results, even on CPU World. The part numbers listed seem to be variations (100-000000671 or 100-000000674) found in AMD's catalog. It appears to be a local Taiwanese seller, which reduces the chance of it being a counterfeit IHS listing. There are positive reviews from buyers, suggesting it might be an OEM-only item. You may want to check the product details on the listing or contact the seller directly for more information.

It doesn't exist, so it's likely mislabeled or renamed. The original ID is 4700g, now called 3700, and it appears to be a scam.

Looks like a questionable deal focusing only on a few models. The actual seller lists 5,600G, not 4,600G. They’re offering 7,400G, but no matching CPU appears in PCPartPicker. Starting with '7' suggests a premium chip, though AM4 is outdated even for Ryzen processors. This pattern seems to copy CPU naming conventions, which might indicate a trendy but potentially misleading listing.

The Ryzen 7 4700 G is available, though it's sold exclusively by the manufacturer. This explains why it doesn't appear on PCPartPicker. However, a standard Ryzen 7 4700 without any numbering also isn't listed.

It would make sense to pair 4700G with an integrated graphics solution to reduce hardware expenses. Based on that idea, if such a model were available it would be quite unnecessary since there are more suitable options. The 4700G functions similarly to a general-purpose chip, but without integrated graphics performance some applications become less effective.

The seller kindly shared a CPU-Z image and a video of the R7 4700. It features a Renoir core and only 2x4MB L3 memory. Looks like an OEM version of the laptop 4700U, maybe with more power capabilities. Likely performs similarly to the R5 3500. Seems genuine, not a scam at all.

It remains odd even with matching specs and prints; there’s still a chance the 4700 drivers aren’t available, which isn’t ideal.

Because it's an OEM or unavailable in your area, there are no listings for 3500 or 3500X either, even though they're well-known in the west. The driver should still function if it's for Renoir/Zen 2, but it's likely not a specific SKU. I wouldn't be interested since it only offers 8MB of cache.
