depends on various factors beyond your initial list. what kind of case, what power supply make or model, what speed of ram, what kind of cooler, is it from a trustworthy seller, price, warranty, etc...?

That's a good starting point, but we need more specifics. Details like price, seller, warranty, and the remaining parts are important. I'd also recommend adding a solid drive or a larger SSD—256GB won't hold much data for modern games.
