Is this a proper stress test?

I lowered the voltage on my i5-8265u and tried to run all four Cinebench versions simultaneously...like starting them all at once is a real stress test, right? The whole session took about 18 minutes, and the results were really disappointing.

You mean by "valid" how well a test measures CPU stability under various conditions. Some tests push the CPU hard, others target specific instructions. Running Cinebench doesn't guarantee stability—you might finish it all day and still crash during a game.

You can try other tools like AIDA64, Prime95, or HWMonitor for stability checks.
