It happens sometimes randomly or not at all. Games work fine until it stops. Both screens go black, fans spin nonstop, and I have to turn it off manually. What I've tried includes updating drivers, reinstalling chipset drivers, checking cables, and using XMP on AMD. It's supported, so maybe the RAM is the issue? Should I consider buying a new power supply (Corsair 2024 750w rmx gold)?

What is the age of that 850w Gold RGB Thermaltake PSU? It has been used heavily for gaming and/or video editing.
Check the Reliability Monitor and Event Viewer.
One or both may show error codes, warnings, or info events right before the screen goes dark.

Is this a genuine quad channel setup listed on the QVL?

Using four RAM sticks raises questions about whether they belong to the same set or if you combined two different kits. If mixed, it’s likely you already know the answer. Even if they’re from the same kit, disabling the XMP setting (Intel’s EXPO) and checking for stability on an AM5 platform would be useful. I’d be surprised if a B650 motherboard can handle 6400 MHz with just four sticks.
