All sorts of variables can cause differences from published benchmark scores, including:
Driver versions, Windows versions, operating temperatures, memory speed, hardware versions, background applications running, and on and on.
You have a system scoring in the top percentile, I wouldn't be too worried about performance. Tweak for optimal performance as desired, however. Good luck.
