Yes. I have set up a dual-boot between Windows 10 and Debian 9. This setup meets all my requirements from basic tasks like email and web browsing to gaming, especially for Steam titles that only work on Windows XP. For programs needing older Windows versions, I suggest using VirtualBox on Windows 10.
