Not particularly knowledgeable, yet when playing Rust I maintain solid FPS, but sometimes I unexpectedly drop to around 40 and don’t know which part of my system needs improvement. If you have MSI Afterburner logs, they might be useful. I checked them but didn’t extract much actionable info. Should the GPU memory clock always run at its maximum? HardwareMonitoring.hml
