Hello everyone, following the installation of Windows 11 Home edition from a blank state, I performed Windows Update updates and encountered the following issues:
Faulty application name: explorer.exe, version: 10.0.22621.2792, timestamp: 0xfbda1990
Faulty module name: Windows.UI.Xaml.dll, version: 10.0.22621.2861, timestamp: 0xa6d20322
Exception code: 0xc000027b
Error offset 0x00000000000000872d20
Bad transaction ID: 0x0xE7C
Application start time: 0x0x1DA317FB70A9764
Incorrect application path: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Incorrect module path: C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.Xaml.dll
Report ID: dd309652-d50a-45e5-9365-a716c5fb4ee5
Main faulty package name: Application ID linked to the problematic package

I often face Explorer.exe crash issues in the event viewer, especially when interacting with the taskbar, performing operations in Windows Explorer, or opening settings. The application freezes and restarts abruptly, appearing as if the system just launched. I have tried using sfc/scannow and the restorehealt method, but no resolution was found. I prefer not to restart from scratch since this has started after a clean installation and update.

Update your post with complete hardware specifications.
Check Reliability History/Monitor for error messages, alerts, and important events around the time of the Explorer crash. The sequence might show trends.
Review Update History for any unsuccessful or problematic updates.
Execute the built-in Windows troubleshooters; they could identify and resolve issues.
Also attempt "dism" and "sfc /scannow".
Refer to the links provided:

Hopefully only a corrupted file or misconfiguration remains, which Windows might fix.

Thank you for your response and assistance. I managed to resolve the issue by performing a clean pre-installation; there were no problems now. I discovered the problem was linked to the TranslucentTB app, which is available in the Microsoft Store for taskbar transparency. I turned it off and removed the application. Thank you again for your help.
