I've used this setup for years and kept upgrading all my PC components. I've tested various monitors and reinstalled Windows multiple times.

Tell me about the games you're playing, the system settings, your PC's hardware, and the video driver version.

Don't believe I'm seeing any blurring. Check out this video on your phone rather than your computer, is there a distinction?

Some games include motion blur to mimic real-life effects. Others might use it due to limited monitor refresh rates or slower graphics cards.

i don’t remember the name of my nvme, but all my components are under a year old.
I showed the video to a few friends, but they struggled to view it. My girlfriend can see it clearly on my monitor. It’s easiest when you watch the letters move slightly. I’m experiencing this issue across every game—from rust, csgo, apex, ark.
I’ve upgraded all my PC parts, replaced the keyboard, added multiple mice, possibly five monitors. I’ve reinstalled windows many times and tried every nvidia setting recommended by others.
When I got the new gpu a few days ago, I used ddu in safe mode to uninstall the old driver and installed the latest one without letting Windows update it.

I notice it on my phone too. I actually shared the video with a few friends, but only one of them could view it after he carefully examined the letters. We also sent Snapchat clips of the video to each other on our screens, and I could see it on his monitor as well.

Did you check if your friend's setup matches the same games?

I'm not sure if this video displays it clearly, but the characters seem to shake or move back and forth, and when I move quickly it becomes completely blurry.

i haven't used anyone else's computer for a long time, but playing on it felt very seamless.

Additionally, YouTube videos or my friends' Discord streams appear crystal clear, yet games display significant blur during play.
