None of the two Xeon CPUs are unlocked. You'll need to attempt SetFSB. The system requires an unlocked CPU for TS.

Hello... your SetFSB settings are clearing after shutdown on the system Dell T5500. It seems SetFSB only works with a single CPU1. Is there a method to permanently configure the values?

I adjusted the cpu sp to 100mhz using setfsb, but it doesn't stay that way consistently—it resets back to the default. I also discovered two PLIC files in MB; only one of them works with setfsb, while the other isn't listed for that purpose.

I'm worried you're facing a tough situation here. Getting an overclock on a Dell is already challenging, but adding two CPUs takes it further into unknown territory. Another issue is that few people share their failures when trying this, which means you might end up going through the same trial and error again.

I understand the issue, but I'm not sure which other PLL settings were compatible with the T5500. I'm experiencing BSOD when using the mentioned PLL settings.
