I'm experiencing this noise near the CPU or cooler. I've attached a video for you, but I don't understand what it is. I've already checked wifi adapters and hard drives, so they're not the cause.
You need to improve your video and sound clip significantly. The current one is insufficient to understand what’s happening. In addition, it doesn’t display the CPU cooler, nor does it provide any details about the equipment you’re using—such as whether it’s an air cooler, a liquid cooler, or a custom loop. Please share your complete hardware specifications, including all model numbers for relevant components. Honestly, this short clip could easily be misinterpreted as a simple fan issue, a fan blade problem, a pump malfunction, or even a relay problem on the motherboard. If you have a long, thin funnel or a piece of paper shaped like a funnel, place it near your ear and move it around to pinpoint the exact source of the noise. This method helps isolate the sound more effectively by blocking out most external noises. Also, consider temporarily turning off any case fans and switching your PSU to ECO mode if available. This can help eliminate extra noise, making it easier to identify whether the issue lies with the air cooler or another component.
