It should probably work, though it may not run at its maximum speed. It doesn't matter much because the 6700hq didn't really focus on RAM speeds anyway. The 2133mhz memory is more than enough for a 6700hq, especially if it doesn't hit 3200mhz. Alienware often allows manual tuning as well.

I was checking the faster RAM because it turned out to be more affordable compared to the slower options.
