Hello. I own the following PSU: Cooler Master v850 SFX gold. The issue is that the cooler operates steadily at a reasonable pace, even though it's a semi-passive unit without any load. This might be because of the adapter from 2x8 pin to 12VHPWR for the 4070ti, which seems to prevent the unit from detecting load. If I'm mistaken, let me know your suggestions. Also, could you confirm if the PCIe slot used for the video card matters? There are three free slots available, and their purpose is identical.
