I've been dealing with this problem for over a year. My computer shuts down unexpectedly, showing a critical kernel power event each time. I've made several adjustments—switched the power supply, disabled overclocking, unplugged non-essential devices to save power, and checked the surge protector. Despite these changes, it keeps happening. Notably, my keyboard triggers a "USB device malfunctioned" alert whenever I restart after seeing the black screen.

Is there anything more I can try? Could diagnostic tools help identify the root cause?

Here’s a summary of my current setup:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i9 12900K (32 °C, Alder Lake 10nm)
RAM: 64.0GB Corsair @ 2000MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ProArt Z690-CREATOR WIFI (LGA1700)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (4083MB)
Storage: Multiple SSDs (details pending)
PSU: Seasonic Prime TX-1300
Bios: American Megatrends Inc. 1304, 3/7/2022

Hello there! Could you share the details about your power supply unit and its age? Also, let me know the BIOS version you're using and how you're keeping your processor cool.

All the PSU's I've used have been a Seasonic Prime TX-1300.
System details show the BIOS as "BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. 1304, 3/7/2022" and the CPU is water cooled with a Corsair iCUE H150i Elite LCD 360mm.
