Hi, I installed 1Password 4 on my Windows 10 PC. I'm thinking about either a full reinstall or upgrading to Windows 11. Have any users with 1Password 4 done the OS upgrade? Since I don't have the original installer, I'm curious if upgrading might be better, as it could transfer 1Password to Windows 11.

The scope of your question isn’t entirely clear, but it seems you’re considering alternatives. It’s worth noting that 1Password 4 is a distinct app and wouldn’t be bundled during a standard Windows installation. Also, 1Password 7 is no longer supported by some sources, though 1Password 8 remains available. Check the latest discussions for more details: https://1password.community/discussion/1...-supported. There are many related links you can explore; searching for "1Password" in the past year might help with your research.

According to what I understand, many people prefer not to have their subscriptions or store passwords in the cloud. If you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11, your ability to use 1Password4 depends on whether it supports that version and how it handles data storage.
