People have different reasons for sleeping through the night. Back in the day, when hard drives were common, starting up could take a long time. Nowadays, with solid-state drives, it's much faster.

Windows version 6466 was released in November last year.
Make sure to check the BIOS for any disabled wake settings.

Similar to other users, ensure the operating system is updated before proceeding with the firmware update for the motherboard. Inquire about how long the system has remained on the hard drive since the last complete reset and installation.

Reviewing the logs once more, I notice events related to VSS and Service 1 happening soon after trying to boot up my PC. VSS reports an unexpected error when searching for the callback interface, with access being denied—unusual since I’m the admin. The gathering writer data operation failed. Service 1 appears most likely, as indicated by the error message: Failed in handling the PowerEvent. Error yada yada system IO file not found exception. 0x80070002. I’ve checked the system thoroughly and found no corruption or missing files. TaskScheduler is enabled, VoiceControl_Service is registered, and it registers tasks and handles power events properly. Linux has always been tricky in this regard, but the changes to Windows are making troubleshooting even harder.
