Is there an issue with hardware compatibility in the new build?
Attempt to start the system without any peripherals connected, except the mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Disconnect all other devices.
I attempted some tests on the hardware:
-Replaced the SSD with an older model I owned
-Since I don't have any other DDR5 RAM sticks, I tried using just one at a time
-Disconnected one of the monitors (I have two), switching between them
-Used the video output from the motherboard
-Changed the RAM profile (from EXPO to XMP)
If I had to guess, there might be an issue with either the CPU or the motherboard. It’s worth checking if all the pins in the socket are intact—any bent or missing ones could cause problems. One possible solution is to install LatencyMon and run it during the slowdown to see if it provides more information.
