Hello, according to the title, there might be an issue with explorer.exe. Today (possibly yesterday it was fine) I observed that when launching the computer with Windows, my desktop icons took an unusually long time to load—much longer than a second. Also, if I clicked on the taskbar during that delay, explorer.exe would crash and then restart itself, returning icons as expected. However, if I booted without interacting with the taskbar to force a reset, the icons might appear, but the programs that start at launch won’t show in the notification area or toolbar at the bottom right. They run in the background but only become visible after explorer.exe restarts.

SPEC:
windows 11 pro
2x WD Black SN770 NVMe 1TB
ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PRO
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
EVGA rtx 3070
Kingston FURY 32GB KIT DDR4 3600MHz CL16

Things I tried:
Removed unused applications
Updated drivers and performed a Windows update
Executed sfc scan via cmd
Conducted multiple on-demand scans—all completed successfully.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

CPU temperatures are around 45 degrees Celsius
C: Drive has 100 free space which isn't great, but I've never faced problems with less than that. The other SSD has 400GB free. I'll attempt to clear the C: drive and see if it improves things
