Comparing the Asus GeForce GTX 1060 Dual OC 3GB with an i5 6500 3.2 GHz Quad-Core might cause issues, but Game-Debate claims it’s the optimal CPU pairing. It’s unclear if that advice is accurate or just a marketing claim.

It won’t slow things down, but the 1060 3 Gb offers poor worth. Consider the 6Gb option if possible.

I understand that. In my country, 970 typically costs between $600 and $700, whereas the 1060 6GB model is about $400!

Strix stands out as the superior choice among the two. You might also consider other manufacturers such as MSI and EVGA. Definitely opt for a 6GB configuration.
