Looking for an affordable CPU around the 1070 range that won’t slow things down. You might also want a budget-friendly motherboard to pair with it.

I'm not sure what you mean by cheap, but it seems you're looking for a CPU that won't cause performance issues. If you need something in the range of 50-100+, the R5 3600 might be a bit pricey. Consider exploring more budget-friendly options within that range.

In my country it results in about 900, whereas the R5 3600 costs 768, which feels too costly for me

If you locate it in your nation, the 1600 AF would be suitable.

I don’t see a 1600AF available locally, yet purchasing from Amazon adds extra cost due to shipping. Compared to the 2600 model, it’s slightly pricier.

I'd opt for 2600 and 16GB RAM together with the 1070 processor, using a B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard.

Thank you for your suggestion, but the B450 Tomahawk Max in my region would be priced similarly to the 2600. And I don’t intend to upgrade anytime soon.
